Return/Refund Policy

Canceling an order:
We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. We cannot cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.

Refund (if applicable)

Please contact customer service at asvipservice@hotmail.com to obtain the return address.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To return an item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
The product and shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned product. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within the specified number of days and will automatically be charged to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or lost returns (if any)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Then contact your bank. Issuing a refund usually takes time. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at asvipservice@hotmail.com.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as shipped, and in their original packaging. Stains, bent paper, broken seals, or torn plastic will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange any products returned to us in an unacceptable condition. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-refundable items include items purchased through a retailer, products purchased in error, and products damaged due to customer misuse. If clothing is returned due to sizing issues, you are responsible for return shipping.

1. How can I return the goods?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send you further instructions once the return is approved.

2. What if the item I receive is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Did you receive a defective device or the wrong product? Not satisfied with your order?
Contact our customer service team (contact page) to start the return process.
It will include the following information:
Order number
Tax invoice Yes
Video or photo of the defective product (if available)
Enter your shipping address
Contact number
In some cases, you may be asked to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof of return or exchange.

3. How long does the return process take?

Returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the return. Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Returned products will be refunded in full. For non-defective products, refunds do not include all shipping and handling fees.

4. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed through your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or your cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank to inquire when the refund will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
