Return/Refund Policy

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.

Refund (if applicable)

Please contact customer service at service@qianyouqy.com to obtain the return address.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To return an item we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
The products and shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within the specified number of days and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or lost returns (if any)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Then contact your bank. Issuing a return usually takes processing time. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@qianyouqy.com.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition they were shipped in and in the original packaging. Stains, bent paper, broken seals/torn plastic will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange products if they are returned to us in unacceptable condition. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-refundable items include items purchased through a retailer, products purchased in error, and products damaged due to customer misuse. If clothing is returned due to sizing issues, you will be responsible for return shipping.

1. How to return the goods?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send you further instructions once the return is approved.

2. What if the item I receive is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Have you received a defective device or the wrong product? Not satisfied with your order?
Contact our customer service team (contact page) to start the return process.
It contains the following information:

Video or photo of the defective product (if available)
Enter your shipping address
contact number
In some cases, you may be asked to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof of return or exchange of the product.

3. How long does the return procedure take?

Returns can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the return. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Defective products will be refunded in full for returned products. For non-defective products, refunds exclude all shipping and handling charges.

4. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be charged to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 working days of receiving the returned product or requesting cancellation. Contact the bank that issued your card to ask when the credit will be credited to your account.
If you still haven't received your refund, follow these steps: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
