Complaints procedure

Elimination

We accept order cancellations before the product is delivered or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.

Return (if necessary)

Product returns are accepted. The buyer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. A return slip or receipt is required for returns. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged a maximum of once for shipping (returns); the consumer will not be charged any commission for return shipments.

Credits (if any)

We'll send you a confirmation email once it arrives and we've inspected your return. We'll also notify you if the return is accepted or declined. If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or payment method on the date indicated.

Late or no sale (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the return to be officially announced. Then contact your bank. Sending your refund often takes some time. If all of this has happened and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@qianyouqy.com.
