Complaints procedure

We accept cancellations of orders prior to product delivery or production. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order after the product has been shipped.
Return (if necessary)
Product returns accepted. Buyers are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
To return a product, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. A return receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return purchased products to the manufacturer.
Customers are required to pay shipping costs (returns) at most once; consumers are not charged any return commission.
Credits (if any)
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as it arrives and your return has been verified. We will also notify you when a return has been accepted or declined. If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or payment method on the specified date.
Delayed sale or no sale (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may be some time before a return is officially announced. Then contact your bank. Sending a refund usually takes some time. If you still do not receive your refund after the above situation occurs, please contact us at service@qianyouqy.com.
